Shipping
Your package is delivered by either GLS or DAO – you can choose your preferred shipping method.
Delivery time is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Payment
Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay
We do not charge card fees. The amount is debited when your order is shipped.
All prices on the website are in Danish Kroner.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your goods. If you ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
This means you have 30 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@nordicdrop.dk or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.
Partial Cancellation of Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return
You always have a 30-day return period from the date of receipt, provided all products are in the same condition as upon delivery. This means the products must not be used, damaged, stained, or have labels removed.
Your return package will be processed within 3-4 business days after receipt.
- If you requested an exchange, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your new package.
- If you wish to get a refund, you will receive an email about it (the money will be refunded to the same payment method used at purchase).
Condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value due to being used in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the item, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, only the shipping costs may be refundable.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery charges if you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of return.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month right of complaint.
If your complaint is justified, it means you can have the item repaired, replaced, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

We record and transmit your personal data for the purpose of:

Most of our personal data is collected directly from you. To enter into an agreement with you, we need the following general information:

In addition, Nordic-Drop Aps also processes data about you collected from a third party (possibly social media). This data includes:

- Purchase history

- IP Address
- Geographical Location
Owners of the company and employees of Nordic-Drop Aps have access to your personal data.
We do not store customer information encrypted, nor do we transmit customer information encrypted. Personal data is registered with Nordicdrop.dk (Nordic-Drop Aps) and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only use the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
We only cooperate with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
You have the right to be informed about which data we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we used it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. Cookies
When you visit Nordicdrop.dk information about you is collected, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the ads displayed on the page. If you do not accept the use of cookies when visiting our online store, it may affect your user experience, as we use cookies among other things to update your shopping cart. The use of cookies is also necessary when you wish to place an order.
Complaint procedure
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact Support@nordicdrop.dk. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can submit a complaint to The Complaints Board, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The Complaints Portal for The Complaints Board.
To file a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have your complaint processed.
