IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:

You always have 30 days of free return from the date of receipt, provided all products are in the same condition as when received. This means that the products must not be used or damaged.

If you have problems or questions, you can always contact us at Support@nordicdrop.dk and we will guide you through the easiest way to return.

Your return package will be processed within 1-2 business days after we have received it.

• If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your new package.

 

• If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email about this (the money will be refunded to the same payment card/method used when the purchase was made).
