IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:

You always have a 30-day free return period from the date of receipt, provided all products are in the same condition as when received. This means that the products must not have been used or damaged.

 

 

To return or exchange, simply contact us via email: Support@nordicdrop.dk and we will guide you through the easiest way to return.

Your return package will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive it.

• If you requested an exchange, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your new package.

 

• If you wish to get a refund, you will receive an email about it (the money will be refunded to the same payment method used at purchase).
